Embroidery
Before we can Embroider your logo we must use a process called Digitizing so our machines can sew out your design. We offer everything from simple text, monograming, complex designs, and full back of jacket. We can also design a custom logo. Bring us your ideas and we will have our experts bring your logo to life.
Screen Printing
This is a process where we burn an image or logo on a very fine mesh screen that allows ink to pass through to print the design on the garments being decorated. Each color in a design must have its own screen. We have the ability to print up to an 8 color design in house, that means we print your logo right here locally.
Cad Cut/Vinyl
Cad Cut Vinyl Printing is a process in which we use Cad or Computer Aided Design technology to cut the chosen artwork from the sheets of colored vinyl. We can print your logo, team name, player names and numbers.
This process is ideal for small orders that have simple artwork. This is a cost effective solution for avoiding the costs of setting up for Screen Printing.
Artwork
Got an idea or have a logo that you need set up or a new logo designed? We have experienced artists that will work with you to get you the logo you want.
We can work from most anything to reproduce your logo or design for Embroidery, Screen Printing and for Promotional Products.
To have your logo digitized for Embroidery, all we need is your business card or letter head.
For Screen Printing, promotional Products, Photo and Cad 300 DPI or better in a Illustrator (.ai), Editable Portable Document file (PDF) are forms that work well. Make sure you wend a saved copy of the artwork in a PDF File as we may not have the same fonts as you do.
