1.  We can not accept Internet orders for garments, decorated or blank, that are not confirmed in writing via email or fax.

 

2.  Full payment is required in advance of any work to be performed.

 

3.  Group or Team orders must be paid with one payment. 

 

4.  NSF or Returned checks will be charged $30.00 each.

 

5.  Client signatures are required on all artwork to be reproduced, holding GPA and it's affiliates harmless in any Trademark or Copyright infringement in reproducing said supplied artwork.

 

6.  GPA does not accept responsibility for, nor can it replace any customer supplied garment if it is damaged during the decoration process.

 

7.  Any customer supplied garment for decoration, must have a label or tag supporting it's status as New or a dry cleaning ticket must accompany the garment(s) through our production. 

 

8.  Digitizing disks and Screen Printing Vellum's are the sole property of GPA.  Clients who want this service, must make arrangements in advance.  Paying for Art, Designing or Digitizing is billed as shop time and does not include a disk or vellum.

 

9.  No returns or exchange on decorated items.

 

10.  Client understands that decorations may appear different on the variety of fabrics that sewing is applied to.

 

11. Order Cancellation is subject to, freight, manufacturer's re-stocking fees, completed production which is charged at the lesser quantity, art or design work done and a 10% handling fee.

 

12.  GPA reserves right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

 

13.  GPA only does business within the Continental United States.

 

14.  Will call items will be called to come pick up these items a maximum of 4 times and GPA is not responsible for items left over 30 days.

 

15.  GPA will purge its Art, Digitizing and Vellum files every two years based on inactivity.  GPA makes no guarantee that any Art, Digitizing or Vellum file will exist past a two year period and may charge accordingly to redo said files.

 

16.  GPA reserves the right to change its policies and pricing without notice.
