Q. What does GPA need from me to set up my logo for Embroidery?
A. Most of the time your Business Card will work as long as it has the design and it is in the colors you want. If you don't have a design, we can, with your direction help in it's creation.
Q. Does GPA work with Pantone or PMS colors for Thread or Ink?
A. No but we can come close. Our manufacturers of Thread and Ink for Screen Print can suggest colors if we have the numbers.
Q. Can I bring in or send in a garment or cap to be decorated?
A. Yes. We do have a Customer Supplied Garment fee that is charged per garment and we do have to work with a new or dry cleaned item.
Q. Can I order just one garment, cap or jacket?
A. Yes, but the price depends on how it is to be decorated and of course a low or "one" quantity will be charged more than multiple garments. In Embroidery, Vinyl / Cad Cut and Photo EZ this is not a problem. Yet Screen Printing costs may far out weigh your pocket book as it is the same process to set up for one garment as it is for 500.
Q. How soon will I be able to pick up my order or accept delivery?
A. Most orders for Embroidery, Photo EZ and Screen Printing are completed in 7 to 10 working days. If your order is being shipped to you, you would need to add travel time.
Q. Can I get a design on a shirt today?
A. Yes, providing we have your design on file, a rush fee is paid and all the stars are alined just right.... Just kidding about the stars. We can handle a rush order providing our production schedule for the day allows for it in the decoration department you need. We also have a selection of pre-printed and "end of the day prints" in the store.
Q. I have a photograph that I would like on a shirt, can you do this?
A. Yes. Photo EZ printing is the way to go. This process prints the photo right onto the shirt. Keep in mind though that the process does not print white. If you have people in the picture and you choose a light green shirt, everyone in the picture will have green teeth.
Q. Can I get a proof of my design before you decorate my garments?
A. Yes - In fact we must have your sign off on a paper proof prior to doing the work. If you are looking for a pre-press Screen Printed proof on fabric, we do have charges that will apply and Embroidery is the same. A paper proof is free.
Q. Will I have to pay Shipping and Handling fees?
A. If our supplier of the product you selected for your order charges us shipping and handling, you will be told of this fee at the time of your order and it will be charged for no matter weather you pick up the order here in our store or have it shipped once completed. Many times, based on the compiling of several client orders in to one order with our supplier, we are not charged for the shipping to us. You would not be charged. In any event where you need to have your order shipped to you, you will be charged our outgoing shipping and handling fees for weight and materials.
Q. Can my business set up an account with GPA?
A. Yes, but we must have a credit card on file to charge upon completion of your order. We do not have net 30 accounts other than County, State and Governmental.
Q. Is GPA's Screen Prep fee a one time fee like Digitizing for Embroidery?
A. Unless a Yearly Screen Reserve Fee is paid there is a fee each time as we wash out and reuse our screens on a regular basis. Reserving your screens is a good idea if you plan to reprint the same job monthly or yearly.
