From your simple text, like the logo shown below to full back of jacket designs, our machines can sew up to 15 colors. 

This is a clamping step in the embroidery process that holds the cap or garment in place while embroidered.

Before your order is embroidered your design must be converted to a file that the Machines understand.  This process is called Digitizing and is done on software that is exclusive to the Embroidery industry.  Once the design, the product and the location of the design is confirmed, the order is ran by our production staff.
